HCL has launched HCL ME U1 tablet that runs on Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It  has 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and has a 1GHz processor. It has 0.3MP front facing camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB.
